Obviously, an advert’s purpose is to generate enquiries. In this case, a rather old-fashioned type of response is sought – the return of a cut-out form. But read carefully!

The title “These come free” does not refer to the subject of the title directly above it, nor to the first and third columns below. The customer who saved this advert was confused and believed, not surprisingly that the Alta 2 (a hearing aid costing from £1600 to £4000 each) was the aid being given away free. In reality, it is a ‘voucher’ to claim something completely different. As to what it is, please let me know….
We give you a genuine free trial of the OTICON ALTA 2 and any other hearing aid you’d care to test safely, with no fee or signature required.
