Issues with Opn connecting to Ring Doorbell

Please check the following:

On your iPhone, go to SETTINGS
GENERAL
ACCESSIBILITY
MFI HEARING DEVICES
AUDIO ROUTING
then for MEDIA AUDIO and CALL AUDIO, make sure that ‘Always hearing devices’ is selected.

ALSO,
In the Oticon ON App,
click on the 9 squares icon at the bottom, the choose the 3 dots icon,
then scroll down to VOICE PROMPTS – make sure the slider is green.
